My morning cappuccino with oat milk and some banana bread.

Can you do any cool tricks? 
I can double-flip the tip of my tongue. Did you know only 1% of the population can do this trick?

Fav fitness exercise?
I have a hate-love relationship with Bulgarian Split Squats. And I love a good core workout.
