Our 50-minute HIIT workout is designed to burn up to 1.000 kcal and sculpt you to perfection. 6 rounds that alternate between cardio- intervals on the treadmill and weighted floor exercises. With the sole purpose of making you fitter, stronger and ready to rock the runway.
