Welcome to Holy Booty. A true badass workout. During this 50-minute workout you’ll be using the stair masters, weights and our Holy Booty band to give you the ultimate booty building experience. While boosting metabolism and burning calories, we'll sculpt your booty to perfection. That’s our promise.

BEFORE WORKOUT

Arrive 10 minutes early for your in-class rundown, complimentary towel and trainer introduction.

DURING WORKOUT

A 50-minute workout alternating between the stair masters & workstations.

AFTER WORKOUT

We've got chilled towels ready for you. Oh, and don’t forget to order your fresh post-workout smoothie for recovery. Pre-ordering is advised.

HOLY BOOTY (signature)

Our signature Holy Booty class. A high-energy 50-minute workout alternating between the StairMasters and workstations. This class keeps your heart rate high while sculpting, lifting and shaping your booty.

HOLY BOOTY STRENGTH

Holy Booty Strength is designed to build real power, real curves and undeniable glute definition. At the workstations, you’ll lift heavy and move with purpose, focusing on progressive overload and deep muscle engagement. Just like our booty signature class, we’ll use the StairMasters, but this time, we prioritise muscle over speed.
