Dive into our custom-designed ice baths, kept at 3-6°C, after experiencing the intense warmth of our sauna, intensified by aromatic snowballs simulating 80°C humidity. WHAT TO BRING?

Bring your swimwear and sliders. A big Hammam towel is mandatory – it’s important that your entire body is covered. Bring your own towel or rent one for €2.50 (new: €40).

Is Holy Wellness suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Holy Wellness welcomes everyone, regardless of experience with ice baths and saunas. Just remember to fuel up as you would for any workout.

Do I get my own ice bath?

Our ice baths can accommodate up to two people. You can choose to brave it alone or share the chill!

Do I have to stay in the ice bath the whole time?

You only need to stay in the ice bath for up to 3 minutes, but you're free to get out anytime. It’s a great way to gradually build your cold tolerance!

How long is the sauna and ice bath experience?

Enjoy a 20-minute meditation and breathwork session in the sauna followed by a 3-minute guided ice bath experience. Our Star Trainers will guide you through the entire process.

What's the sauna's temperature?

The sauna heats up to 80-85 degrees Celsius, offering you a profound hot-cold exposure experience with many benefits!

What do I wear?

Wear your swim wear (and sliders if you want). Don't forget to remove your jewellery or fitness tracker/watch, cuz it will get hot!

What do I bring?

Bring a big hammam towel that will cover your entire body. Don't have one? Rent or buy it at Saints & Stars.

Is the sauna and the ice bath included in every Holy Wellness class?

Yes, so get ready!

Can I bring my phone?

If you really want to enjoy your me-time away from the daily rush, leave your phone in your locker. Good to know: your phone can't handle our sauna's heat.

IS HOLY WELLNESS A PREMIUM CONCEPT?

Yes! Holy Wellness is a premium concept and requires 2 credits.
