HOLY SHRED

Get ready for the most epic Holy Shred you've ever had. We offer 6 Holy Shreds during peak hours (07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 18:00, 19:00 & 20:00). We got treadmills, weights, magic - we got it all.

FACILITIES

You can use the toilet and there's a wardrobe for your stuff. Good to know: you can't shower afterwards, and there's no changing room, so make sure you are already wearing your workout outfit!
