At Saints & Stars you define your line and we give you everything we've got to help you cross it. We offer 7 contagious Holy Concepts divided over two clubs. Let’s try them all. Our top-flight trainers will challenge you to sweat.

Holy Ride

Get ready for the most exhilarating ride of your life: Holy Ride! A badass, 50-minute rhythm-based workout where you get carried away by the world's best tracks, immersive light shows created by Awakenings festival and epic on-stage performances. The result? Goosebumps.

BEFORE WORKOUT

Arrive 10 minutes early for your in-class rundown, complimentary towel and to introduce yourself to the trainer. Bring your socks; we've got Ride Shoes waiting for you!

DURING WORKOUT

A badass, full-body high-intensity workout. Achieve impressive results by tracking the data on your bike. Clip in, you’ve got this.

AFTER WORKOUT

Cool off with our fresh minty towels. Oh, and don’t forget to order your fresh post-workout smoothie for recovery. Pre-ordering your shake is advised.

Holy Shred

As much a workout as a complete mindshift. Our 50- minute HIIT workout is designed to burn up to 1.000 kcal and sculpt you to perfection. 6 rounds that alternate between cardio- intervals on the treadmill and weighted floor exercises. With the sole purpose of making you fitter, stronger and ready to rock the runway.

Treadmills, dumbbells and weights. All the fun stuff to get your heart rate up and get you shredded

BUILD & TONE MUSCLES

Building muscles while losing fat is what we promise. Our treadmills will get your heart rate up, while the weights force your muscles to grow.

ULTIMATE PROGRAM

Three routines a week: upper body, lower body, full body. By daily changing workout routines. Not a single workout will be the same.

EFFECTIVE ENERGY USE

This helps to remove toxic waste from the body and results in more effective sleeping, breathing and stress relieve.

Holy Box

Step into our zone. A 50-minute boxing-inspired HIIT workout designed to get your ultimate fighter body and burn calories by the blow. 6-minute rounds alternating between aqua bag boxing and weighted strength-and core conditioning. It's most of all a battle against yourself. One-on-one with custom aqua bags that absorb every punch, while our tailored music diverts the pain.

Boxing, building, weights. All the fun stuff to get your heart rate up and get you shredded.

BUILD & TONE MUSCLES

Our Aqua-bags will get your heart rate up, while the weights force your muscles to grow.

Our 50-min body & weight workout is designed to maximize athletic performance and push you to the next level. This athletic-based group fitness class aims to both build muscle, stamina and increase strength.
