Your Responsibilities:

As the Club Manager, you are the central hub of the club and a role model for your team. In a dynamic environment, you will navigate an expanding of the Front Desk team, 40+ Star Trainers, and manage over 250 weekly workouts.

Your workdays are varied (so, no 9-to-5 mentality), focusing on managing daily club operations, leading teams according to club rules and etiquette, and ensuring top-notch customer experiences. A passion for sports to inspire our Tribe is essential.

Core Tasks:

Manage and supervise the Front Desk team and external contractors.
Master and exemplify the Experience Ambassador roles and company standards.
Participate in the Front Desk team to maintain overall customer experience.
Oversee the hiring process for Experience Ambassadors: reviewing applications, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, collecting contract documents, arranging training, and following up on trial month reviews.
Address employee matters, including designing personal improvement plans, instructing the Shift Coordinator(s)/Shift leaders on handling issues, and following up on staff events.
Ensure club maintenance and hygiene.
Access and manage the Master file for data extraction, number analysis, budget estimates, and attend weekly management meetings.
Follow up with Shift Coordinator(s) and/or Shift leaders on staff schedules, pin reports, stock orders, etc.
Conduct periodic sit-downs with shift leaders and the Club Manager to discuss club matters, and hold yearly appraisal talks with Shift leaders and Experience Ambassadors.
Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory.

Requirements:

4+ Years of management experience in the customer service sector, preferably in hospitality or sports.
Affinity with Saints & Stars and familiarity with its concepts and structure.
Interest in fitness and sports.
Understanding of sales and revenue management.
Excellent leadership skills.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and hands-on attitude.
Ability to think quickly and adapt to various situations.
Experience with scheduling and managing staff budget.
Weekend availability.
