FAQ - FOUNDING MEMBER

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP STARTS?

Your membership starts on May 9, 2024. If you want to start earlier, please send a message to: info@saints-stars.com

HOW DOES THE DEAL WORK?

When you become a Gold or Premium member, you'll enter a 1-year contract starting May 9. After the initial payment (€1 for the first 4 weeks), you pay €129 (Gold) or €179 (Premium) every 4 weeks.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOWNGRADE/UPGRADE?

It's always possible to upgrade. It's also possible to downgrade, and when you do, you enter a new 1-year Gold Membership contract. Please note, you have a 4-week cancellation period at all times during a membership agreement.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY GOODIE BAG?

In the Premium goodie bag, there's a Premium (golden bottle). In the Gold goodie bag you'll find a blue bottle. Your goodie bag is waiting for ya at Saints & Stars De Pijp! Pick it up from May 9 - 12 during our amazing event week!

WHAT'S THE €300 DISCOUNT FOR PREMIUM?

As a Premium member, you'll get €178 discount on your first 4 weeks Premium. You'll get a free Nutrition & Coaching session (€89). You'll also be invited to the exclusive opening event & receive a campaign tote bag (€25) including a Premium Saints & Stars water bottle (€35). WHAT'S THE €250 DISCOUNT FOR GOLD?

IS THERE A DEAL FOR A FLEX MEMBERSHIP?

At the moment, we don't have an offer for our flex memberships.
